What if something is damaged during a visit?
We treat you and your home with complete respect. If something does unexpectedly break, we do our best to either repair or replace that item. We are fully insured, so claims are filed when appropriate.
Do you offer your services on holidays?
We are open every day of the year! However, due to increased demand certain times of year, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks, we may have to limit the areas we service. Holiday rates may vary.
Do you accept gratuities?
Yes, we do accept gratuities if you feel we have earned them but they are not required or added to our rates in any way.
Who does Everything Domestic Services Hire?
Our team passes a background check, is trained, and insured before stepping into you home. Our service providers respect customers by never eating, drinking, smoking or using appliances during visits.
Will I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, we bring all the cleaning supplies to your home. However, if there is a product you would like us to use, we would be happy to use it!
What should I do before a home cleaning service?To make our house cleaning services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior a visit from our team.
Do you provide professional carpet cleaning?
No, as of right now, we only vacuum carpets.
What do I need to do before a Lawn & Garden Visit?
Make sure the electrical outlets outside your home are in good working condition. We use all electric yard equipment!
What do I need to provide for my animals while they are in your care?
We'll need a leash, collar and/or harness, & treats. Full instructions on feeding schedule and routines is a must as well.Do you offer obedience training?No, not at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We certainly understand that things do come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we do ask for 48 hours notice for overnight pet sitting clients and 24 hour notice for all other services. If less than this notice is given, you are responsible for the full price of the visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
When you book online, you can pay with PayPal! We accept cash and checks. Checks can be made payable to Everything Domestic Services. There is a $30.00 fee for any returned checks.
What is your policy on inclement weather?
Unfortunately, we cannot control mother nature. In the event that it is no longer safe for us to reach your home, we do reserve the right to cancel the appointment. We would give you as much advance notice as possible and there would be no charge for the visit.
